Our mission is to serve God, our patients, our community, our employees and medical team in a way that glorifies our Creator.

To Our God
We are responsible to demonstrate by our words and actions that God is a loving, gracious, and compassionate Father who values each of us as individuals. In response to our Seventh-day Adventist faith we participate in the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by reaching out to those in need. We are dependent on Him for support and guidance to fulfill the task He has put before us.

To Our Patients
We are responsible to show in our care for patients the same compassion that Jesus did to the people of His day. We seek to uphold high standards of patient care and treat our patients in a way that preserves their dignity. We strive to meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We will provide service at a cost that represents value.

To Our Community
We are responsible to promote the health of the community we serve. As partners with them we listen to their needs and work to promote the ideal of health for the whole person. This ideal includes a lifestyle that enhances physical and spiritual health, family life that enriches the marriage relation, parenting that nurtures children, and community life that promotes the safety and well-being of its members.

To Our Employees
We are responsible to pay fair wages and provide a safe working environment for our employees. We depend upon their teamwork and strive to show them respect by listening to their concerns and suggestions. We endeavor to provide opportunities for their professional growth and development.

To Our Medical Team
We are responsible to provide the members of our medical team with a professional environment and trained support staff. We strive to create a setting that promotes efficiency and continuous quality improvement. We appreciate their individual contributions as part of our family of care givers.

To Our Future
We are responsible to be informed of the felt needs of the people of Guam and Micronesia. We will adjust our health care delivery to meet these needs. We will seek friendly working relationships with other healthcare providers in the medical community to ensure that the needs of our patients are met. We place a higher value on the care of patients than the prosperity of our organization.
